My cliff fall: the moment everything changed

Hello, my name is Christian.

In May of 2024, I fell 15 meters (50 feet) from a cliff in Moab, Utah.

I landed on my feet, shattered my right heel, and broke my left ankle in half. Metal screws were placed in my left talus (ankle) and right calcaneus (heel). The kind of injury that made the first doctors use phrases like:

“It’s going to be a long, hard, recovery.”
“We’ll see how much function comes back.”
“You might have permanent limitations.”
You might never walk on that foot again.

For most people, that’s the start of a slow, resigned decline.

For me, it became a non-negotiable experiment:

Can I apply everything I know about the nervous system, energy, and consciousness to heal what looks impossible—fast?

I knew the answer from the moment I hit the ground, and I began using the tools immediately.

Relaxing my nervous system. Channeling energy to my body to heal my bones and stop my bleeding. Visualizing my life 6 months from now, fully healed, dancing and playing in nature.

I’ve spent almost a decade as a bodyworker and energy worker, helping other people recover from injuries and disease, release pain, trauma, tension, and outdated beliefs.

After the fall, I turned all of that inward.

  • 7 weeks of focused energy work, nervous system regulation, and daily practice to get back on my feet.

  • About 10 weeks to be back to dancing on my feet again without support.

  • Ongoing refinement to restore strength, mobility, and trust in my body.

No, it wasn’t instant. It wasn’t magic.
It was deliberate, daily, deep work with my body, my mind, and my field.

That journey became the perfect experiment for the work I do now.

What we do together

This is not “just” energy healing. It’s not “just” coaching.
It’s a 3-month rehabilitation container built around four core moves:

  1. Regulate your nervous system

    • Calm the chronic fight/flight/freeze patterns that keep pain stuck.

    • Use breath, sound, movement, and attention to teach your body safety again.

  2. Work directly with your energy

    • Learn how to feel, move, and clear the energy around pain sites.

    • Release stored shock, fear, and suppressed emotion in a way your body can handle.

  3. Recode your relationship with pain

    • Shift from “my body is broken and against me” to “my body is communicating, and I know how to respond.”

    • Interrupt the mental loops that amplify pain and hopelessness.

  4. Rebuild function & flow

    • Step-by-step, we reintroduce movement, pleasure, and expression.

    • You learn how to maintain your gains without me—this is skills training, not dependence.

You’ll be challenged. And you’ll be met with presence, precision, and zero fluff.

Structure of the Rehabilitation Container

Duration: 3 months
Frequency: 3 sessions per week

  • 3x online sessions (energy work + coaching + nervous system practices)

  • (OPTIONAL) 1x in-person session (hands-on work + integration) – if you are local / able to travel / or fly me to you.

Between sessions:

  • Customized daily protocols (short, doable, non-negotiable)

  • Practices to cultivate your own energy work (you learn to work on yourself, not just receive)

  • Accountability and check-ins within clear boundaries

Container agreements (non-negotiable):

  • No recreational substances or alcohol during the container

  • You show up on time, fully present, for every session

  • You commit to your practices, even on “bad days”

  • You communicate honestly about your body, your emotions, and your life stressors

This is not “as you feel like it.”
This is a rehabilitation dojo for your body, your energy, and your consciousness.

Investment & availability

I only work with three clients at a time in this format.
Right now, two spots are filled. I am opening one new spot.

This is a premium, high-contact container designed for people who:

  • Have the financial capacity to invest at a five-figure level in their healing

  • Treat their body as their primary asset

There is:

The relationship between your consciousness, your nervous system, and your reality.

When I fell off that cliff, I didn’t have the option to “kind of believe” in this work.
I either lived it—or I sat in a chair for the rest of my life wondering what if.

I chose to live it.
